Services
The partnership supports and accelerates regional church planting efforts in the following ways:

Regional Strategy
Rather than working independently and siloed as presbyteries, we work collaboratively as multi-presbytery partnership developing a comprehensive regional strategy. This includes identifying places in need of a plant, recruitment of planters, placement of planters and formation of church planting teams.

Coaching & Care
Every church planter should have a coach. We will build a pool of veteran pastors and planters to help provide coaching and support for planters. Church planter connection events will be held regularly, for church planters to come together in fellowship, mutual support, learning and prayer. Additionally, Parakaleo is a ministry focused on serving and supporting pastors’ wives. The goal is to identify and recruit local Parakaleo representatives who can serve as a resource and foster connection amongst planters’ wives who may feel lonely and isolated.

Assessment
We provide guidance and when possible, financial support for the church planter assessment process provided through MNA.

Training and Development
Church planters (and members of their teams) should be made aware of training opportunities through MNA and beyond, and encouraged to attend. The Partnership serves as resource of information for training opportunities as well encouraging presbyteries and churches to offer financial support.

Prayer Mobilization
Given the necessity of prayer in church planting, our goal is to mobilize churches and presbyteries to pray by developing a concrete strategy where prayer needs and answered prayers are shared with regularity and intentionality. Such an effort would not only serve the vision of the Partnership, but presbyteries and churches would be served in maintaining a focus on mission and helping to ensure a healthy balance of being outward facing and Kingdom-minded.
